Short-term rehabilitation is the primary need for residents who come to Evergreen. Most short-term residents stay for an average of 37 days. Typical conditions or rehab needs that bring residents to Evergreen include:

- Hip Replacement (Total hip arthroplasty – THA)

- Debilitating Illness
- Prosthetic Training
- Swallowing

- Re-training in Daily Living Skills
Together with patients, we work on physical re-strengthening through occupational and physical therapy. We also provide skilled nursing services that include post-surgical care, IV therapy, oxygen therapy, wound management and tube feeding.
